Do you know the difference between wisdom and knowledge? 

Wisdom comes from knowledge; knowledge comes from experience.  Experience is the best teacher, but it doesn't have to be personal experience. 

For instance, you know the stove is hot.  Did you learn that by touching the stove (knowledge); or listening to your parents (wisdom)?  If we listen to wisdom (the experience of others) we can avoid getting burned.

I believe we have a responsibility to pass on what we have learned to others.

Our experiences...good or bad...provide us with the wisdom to help others succeed or keep them from failing.

We all have experiences we can share with others.
